Training is a professional video course available directly in the portal. You get access to approximately 8 hours of materials, PDFs and practical exercises. Each month access to the next module is unlocked to ensure systematic learning. You can learn at your own pace, and access is unlimited throughout the Ultra subscription period.

It's a rewards system exclusively for Ultra package users. The longer you're with us, the more exclusive Balotade products you can collect for free. You collect rewards in a special tab in the app – you then receive a 100% discount code to use at Balotade.com store.

You can collect the first reward (any Balotade lead rope) after paying for 2 months of Ultra subscription. Remember that the first month (30-day trial) is free and doesn't count towards rewards – the counter starts from the first payment.

Example: You subscribe on January 1st (trial), first payment February 1st (month 1), second payment March 1st (month 2) – that's when you collect the first reward!

After logging into the app, select "Loyalty Rewards" from the main menu. You'll see an interactive map of all rewards and your progress. When you reach the required level (e.g. 2 paid months), the "Collect reward" button becomes active.

After clicking, you immediately receive a unique 100% discount code that you can use at Balotade.com store anytime. Codes can be combined – order several rewards at once!

Collected rewards remain yours forever – discount codes don't expire even after subscription cancellation. If you come back, the paid months counter will continue from where you left off (we don't start from zero).

Example: You had 5 paid months, you cancel, you come back after 3 months – you still have 5 paid months in the counter and can continue collecting rewards from that point.

All payments are handled by the secure Stripe portal. You can pay with debit/credit card, through Klarna (deferred payment), Apple Pay or Google Pay. All transactions are fully secured and encrypted.
