These Terms of Service govern the use of the Equenize platform and electronic services provided.

Equenize is a platform with over 15 tools designed specifically for riders and horse owners. We provide the following services:
All payments in Equenize are processed by Stripe — a leading payment service provider compliant with the highest security standards.
💡 Important: During the trial period (30 days), you can cancel your subscription at any time and will not be charged. Payment will be automatically charged after 30 days only if you don't cancel the subscription.
For each transaction (subscription payment), an electronic receipt is issued, which we automatically send to the email address associated with your account. The receipt contains all information about the payment and can serve as proof of purchase.
Equenize makes every effort to ensure reliable service operation, however, does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Equenize is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, unless they result from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Complaints can be submitted to: info@equenize.com. We will process them within 14 business days from receipt.
If you cancel your subscription during the trial period (30 days), you will not be charged. After the trial period, subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or annual). Refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided unless required by law or a service irregularity has been established.

Equenize reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any changes 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes are implemented indicates acceptance.
